Here's what you need to know about the website, based on the questions we get asked the most.

In order to set up alerts for desired properties, you will need to have an account. Once logged in, click on the property you wish to set up alerts for.

You can also set up alerts that does not have a calendar view award availability (Alert Only) by search the property with the name in the search bar

Choose the desired checkin/checkout date, you will be given the option to turn on and set the maximum amount of points you are willing to pay for the entire stay. (This is to filter out dynamic pricing and peak pricing that you don't want to be notified). Click on create, once you are ready to set the alert.

To check your existing alerts, you can go into Settings from the left hand side of the web page

* Alerts that contain dates that are past the present date will be automatically deleted.

On the main page you will see popular award redemption destinations

Click into a hotel and you will find more information on the property. Such as, hotel overview, ratings, description, address, nearby places and more.

To view the award calendar view, click on Points Calendar

From here you will see the dates where standard awards are available for a single night stay. If you wish to check for more than one night, please use our alert feature.

NOTE: We highly recommend using our alert feature if you already have dates in mind, as our alerts will check for awards more frequently than the calendar

On the left hand side you will see the current hotel chains that we support (Hilton, Hyatt and Marriott)

Currently, we only support calendar award views on popular hotel destinations. However, we support alerts on all hotels.

Not seeing the hotel you are looking for? Use our search bar to find your hotel, you can use location based search (city name) or search by hotel name

  • Navigate to 'Pricing'
  • Select 'Upgrade'
  • Review price and next charge
  • Click 'Upgrade'

    To cancel your subscription, please follow these steps:

  • Navigate to 'Settings'
  • Select “Manage Billing” under current plan
  • Select the plan you want to cancel or renew

  • Your subscription will be canceled. All future billing charges will be processed according to your selection.

    Thank you for your interest in our referral program. At this time, we are in the process of developing our referral program and it is not yet available to the public.

    We are working hard to bring you the best referral program possible and we believe it will be a valuable addition to our offerings.

    Given the nature of digital services, we do not offer a refund or credit, all sales are final. We believe in the quality of our offerings and are confident that you will find the value in the services that we provide.

    Unfortunately, we do not currently offer a downgrade option. Please reach out to our support team, they will be more than happy to assist you and help find a solution that meets your needs.

    Users will be able to select the number of nights you wish to stay (up to 7 nights) in a given month.

    (Ex: 5 nights in December 2022 at the St Regis Bora Bora)

    You will be notified once any of the 5 consecutive nights are redeemable with points.

    Users will be able to select the desired check-in date and check-out date you wish to stay (up to 28 nights).

    (Ex: Feb 10th to Feb 12th for total of 2 nights at the Alila Napa Valley)
