All of the staff from front of house and beyond without exception were really friendly and happy. There was a good choice of places to eat and everything we had was exceptional. The facilities were excellent including a very expansive and modern gym accompanied by relaxing spa facilities and great treatments.

Most of the staff were both friendly and attentive, the bar staff certainly went that extra bit for their guests…I was really looking forward to the Culloden signature Champagne cocktail but it was no longer on the menu, however the lovely bar man made it for me.. it’s was delicious…I had two. We had the Dunlop suite which had amazing views of the Lough. bed was so comfortable and the room was spacious. For a 5 star hotel I feel the room should have had better coffee making facilities. A coffee machine with pods or a coffee plunger would be perfect. also not everyone likes whole milk. The breakfast was perfection, again the staff were attentive. on checking out the lady at reception was simply amazing, friendly and helpful. she certainly made us want to come back to the hotel.

We enjoyed the spa and the relaxed atmosphere in the hotel throughout. Two members of staff that really stood out on our stay - Lynn and Mel. Both were so welcoming, outstanding customer service. The room was very nice, very spacious and equally the bathroom was a great size too. The cleanliness of the room was also top notch. We had dinner at the Cultra Inn which was delicious. Both had the 10oz sirloin steak and two cheesecakes. The setting was beautiful. Lights outside at night were very romantic. Breakfast the next morning was delicious. All in all we had a wonderful time . The perfect break before our little one arrives. A fairytale setting worth every penny. We will definitely return.
