Finding a cab drive is not a problem at all: didnt have to wait longer than 1-2 min. Didnt have to use the app Careem where rides are 10AED higher. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Honestly exceeded my expectations, hotel staff was super sweet and reception was really quick to answer everything. I was a bit concerned with the reviews because they kept mentioning negative things but i think they were expecting burj al arab when they came here. Really awesome work staff :D
