The service was amazing, each and every staff were so nice and accommodating, whether ordering room service, at the reception or when laying by the pool. The food and drinks were really nice too.

From the friendly pick up with Dimitris (first contact - very important) to the very helpful Pantelis and Helene at the front desk (special mention to Pantelis who helped with every request I had, very dedicated, thank you) To the amazing staff in the Ifestoni restaurant (excellent service and amazing food) We had bfast for 5 days and were greeted by Argyro and Dimitris each morning - smiling and never tired. I can tell you the hotel has an amazing rooms and a spa, pool and how it is the most central location in Fira (all the shops and restaurants you can want) but the staff really made it special. Pls consider staying here when in Fira

The gym was adequate for a holiday workout. Breakfast buffet had more options than we could possibly want. Decor is really tasteful throughout. And THE BED was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in, I couldn’t believe how good it was.

The breakfast was well organised and tasty. Fira is a bustling place to stay but a must for a day or two while in Santorini.

Few minutes walks from bus station and downtown. Breakfast was great at the hotel. The pool was amazing specially for kids. Shuttle from airport and to port were available all the time. Big applauses to the staff! Fantastic brakfast and pool bar with lunch service. Very relaxing pool and sun beds, but make sure to be early in the morning if you want to assure a nice place, otherwise, just remember to book the cabana. Positioned just on the main street, in the center of fira.

Location is good, close to fira town centre and the caldera but it does not have a caldera view. However this is reflected in the price and I feel it is good value for money!
