Carolin Rating: 4 2022-06-21 Wonderful hotel with amazing people and food Me and my boyfriend stayed for one night in Mid June 22 and were thrilled by the elegance and design of this amazing hotel. Arriving at the bistro with all the delicious homemade dolci, we were already totally in love with the surrounding and the hospitality of the staff. The biggest surprise was yet to come: We got a free upgrade because our stay was off-season so we were lucky enough to enjoy a private pool with our room. That was honestly so wonderful. In a nutshell: Amazingly friendly, we loved the food (you gotta try the pasta and cheese selection) and the design of the hotel with the minimalistic, still cozy elements. The only thing that you should to keep in mind: The hotel is within a pretty normal living area, a street directly nearby which was quite noisy. Apart from that I’d give a 10/10.

The staff are just incredible, I felt at home from the moment I walked through the door. The minimalist style is next level stunning. Its also only going to get better with additional facilities being added, including a roof top bar.

The staff was extremely attentive to all our needs, twice a day we would get some goodies on our bed with a hand written note wishing us a good day or night. The spa is private, hence why you have to book but it makes the whole experience intimate which is great. Finally DO NOT skip the dinner at the hotel, it is probably the best restaurant you will find around lake como!!

We appreciated all the lovely thoughtful touches and little gifts in the room. Convenient for Monza circuit - an easy 20 minute drive. Lovely breakfast and, although I didnt use it, the spa and gym facilities looked really good. The outdoor pool, although small was very chic and lovely for a dip. We unfortunately had to check out early due to a change of travel plans but will definitely be coming back.

The design, tranquality and little detaIls such as books and the lovely plants. I loved the little attentions in the room as welcome gifts, fruit,ccookies, water. After I rented the spa for myself (cost 19euro). Very nice spa, hydropool, turkish bath and a cold waterfall outside with beds you can relax in the fresh air. A table with tea and orange juice. All these little attention makes it fantastic I had dinner dinner at the restaurant. Delicious (complimemts to the Chef) and very good service and recommendations in wine and the menu from the kind waiter named Max. The staff are very professional and kind. They all speak well English wich is a plus in italy ?. In the morning i had breakfast in the room. I was blowing away..totally recommend! They even let me checkout at 12.00 instead of 10h.? i left the hotel relaxed, belly full with delicious food and a smile on my face for the fantastic service! Thank you C-Hotel staff. Totally recommend!

Dominika Rating: 2 2020-09-21 Not a SPA hotel Based on the description I expected a tranquil spa hotel surrounded by greenery, instead I found a small hotel tucked behind a busy road and a car park. The SPA is £19 an hour, and the outdoors pool is laughable. The breakfast and the room were great, but there are currently building works going on which makes the stay during the week rather unpleasant. Also they seem to be charging for everything even a juice, if you choose not to consume it at your breakfast table. Very odd.
