Conrad Chia Laguna Sardinia is part of the larger Chia Laguna resort. It offers a central square with boutiques and a wide choice of restaurants, bars and sports activities.

Sardinia’s southern-most beaches are 700 metres away from your beautifully decorated room, and a shuttle service is provided to get you there.

Conrad Chia Laguna’s rooms are bright and spacious, all coming with balconies or patios and LCD television. Most rooms have stunning sea views.

As a guest at Conrad Chia Laguna Sardinia you can go for a swim in any of 2 pools and play tennis, football or golf. Water sports are organised on the beach. Bikes can be rented on site and the hotel can arrange jeep, quad bike and horse-riding excursions.

If you feel more like relaxing, head to the Conrad Spa.

Children have their own clubs until the age of 17 and entertainment is available for everyone, every evening in July and August. Shows are held in resort’s main square.

However, no mention when booking that the hotel was shutting down at end Oct, or indeed running down all produce to the point where there was No ice cream, no fresh fish, no shops, no entertainment in Piazza. Cats were a big issue. Not amusing as they jumped on your lap & tried to steal food. The Manager said if I wanted fresh fish then he could organise it. Lovely, but what about the other guests? All of us should have this option. Menu was not 5 star by any imagination. They had special menu as addition each night but it was not very special at all. The best was the soup. Very good. My husband got food poisoning from the beach restaurant. Told the manager and not one euro of reimbursement. Dreadful. He lost 24hrs + of a weeks holiday. I had forgotten my face wash products in UK in error but as there was a spa I thought i could buy products there. Spa had no face wash as they were also ‘running stocks down’. This may have ‘all’, been to do with the Hilton Hotel chain who have bought this hotel to put into the Conrad branding. Let me finish by saying this; ‘Staff are everything but if you dont give them the tools to do the job then their hands will always be tied.’ I think the final straw was when sitting at the pool area, trying to relax, the hotel having closed the kitchen on site 2 days earlier, then sent up the workers to start to disband the utensils etc. It felt as if we were in the way of them closing earlier. We paid a lot of money for what was at best a 3 star hotel which left many clients very disappointed.
