Neat and tidy hotel, modern & spotless rooms, nicely decorated, plenty of options at the b’fast buffet i.e Continental, Arabic, Indian dishes. 10-15 mins taxi ride to the Dubai mall/Burj Khalifa. other options for lunch/dinner next door at the Bay square. ATM & grocery store also there at the bay square. pool side relaxation, bar facilities available. the biggest plus is the hotel staff, very service oriented staff, would do their best to make your stay comfortable (with a smile on their face), they are very attentive to the guests requests.

Irena Rating: 2 2022-10-20 Pleasant Staff were very helpful, convenient location, there is a bank/ATM and convenience store on the same block, aswell as a starbucks inside, breakfast buffet was good. If you are looking to spend strategically less but still want to be near the Dubai Mall (10mins taxi), then this is a good alternative to consider, you could save a lot of money. And the hotel is generally quite nice and very new, you feel safe, clean and comfortable. The people who stay there are a mixture of solo business travellers to families. They gave me a pretty nice upgrade to a corner room with a nice view of the Burj Khalifa.

Next to the Dubai Mall and easy access to highways that can take you to other places. The staff is incredible. Really customer focused. I found that their manager is a great positive leader making all the difference in regards to hospitality.

The location was close to my business. The transportation experience was good and affordable. The warm cookies were too yummy! that was really great welcoming gesture! as well as the fruit plate! The balcony view was very cozy and relaxing (Burj khalifa view).

Sadia Rating: 3 2022-09-22 despite issues - staff were brilliant Our stay was great and though there were a few issues, the staff were really helpful in trying their best to sort the issues for us. For example, I booked a room with a sofa bed but this wasn’t picked up in on the hotel’s side and there were no rooms with a sofa bed available. The staff quickly sourced another bed for our room and then a cot. We had travelled for my wife’s birthday and they kindly provided a cake and a happy birthday message on the bed with a towel cake! she loved it. A few days into our stay we had issues with hot water and after the second day, the hotel upgraded us to a junior suite room for the remainder of the stay. overall we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the effort that the staff went through for us.

We had a great view of the Burg Khalifer. The location was walking distance to the Dubai Mall. However walking in 36degrees is fun. Great breakfasts and great staff.
