The room was spacious with a large, comfortable bed that offered a variety of pillows to accommodate each guests individual sleeping preference. The hotel is situated in an ideal area, surrounded by natural elements and beautiful trees, providing a quiet sense of retreat while being conveniently close to touristic sites. The hospitality and professionalism of all the staff, and especially the reception, was greatly appreciated for their dedication to their guests. Always friendly and with a smile, they offered the same patience and quality care to tend to the needs and provide information for all of the visitors , regardless of how bustling and busy they seemed to be. The breakfast area was well serviced and stocked, providing for a wholesome breakfast to start the day. Overall the hotel and its staff surpassed all our expectations and helped make our Roman Holiday a truly wonderful one.

The rooms are small, not much space to walk around. But it is very clean. The beds are very comfortable. The sheets are very clean. The wi-fi was not so good during our stay. The breakfast is ok. It had selection of food to choose. The location is very convenient. You can just walk to all landmark attractions within 20-30 minutes. The train station is just around 10 minutes away from the hotel. The area of the hotel is not busy and quite safe. The staffs at the concierge are nice and helpful. Fast check-in and check-out. We all enjoyed staying in this hotel and I would recommend this hotel to others.

The location was very close to the Hop On Hop Off buses, so it made it very convenient to get around. The rooms very spacious enough and the air condition does shut off if you have a window or door open to conserve electricity.

The staff was super friendly and accommodating. We had an issue with our air not working and our shower drain being stopped up; however, I called the front desk and they fixed both instantly! I love this property and would definitely refer it to friends and family!

The rooms are beautifully designed, sparkling clean, the cleaning crews are excellent and don’t miss a thing. All the staff are super friendly and helpful. The rooftop bar is a wonderful location, with great and fast service even if it looks like you’re in for a long wait! The hotel’s location was also perfect for us, very. entral, but still very quiet. Breakfast was also very sumptuous and tasty. Truly exceptional.

Check-in and check-out were smooth. The location of the hotel was good, a bit outside the central parts for tourists and about a 15 minute walk into central parts. Just right. A plus for nice staff and the roof terrace where we ended a couple of evenings by sitting outside in the nice warmth of Rome with something cold to drink.
