It was nice to walk along the beach that was full of palm trees. The restaurants were very good! The bar areas were fun. But hands down the best thing about this place was the service. We had exceptional service! I have stayed in several all inclusive hotels, especially in Cancun. But, this exceeded those experiences. In particular, Cristian, Felix, Jose and Stephanie (they work in the Italian and French restaurants) made our visit memorable.

Staff was super friendly, always with a smile, answered every questions with a good attitude, food was good, rooms were clean, even the room services and housekeeping were great. Ill definitely stay here again and do recommend to family and friends.
Lucas Rating: 4 2021-04-20 Great despite covid! Oh my goodness I knew when I was greeted with champagne I was going to love it there. We loved that it wasn’t insanely big like most Punta Cana resorts. Everything was close by so not too much walking was needed from the lobby to the room to the pool etc. The staff was exceptional! The pool was really nice too. We did the Asian hibachi for dinner it was delicious and the chef put on a great show. The 24 hour coffee shop/snack bar was so appreciated. Those late night snacks always hit the spot after having those drinks. The kids club staff offered to babysit the kids so the adults could have fun. We didn’t do it but we did see them with other children and how great they were with them.
