From check-in to check-out and everything in between everyone was very cheerful, ready, willing and able to provide assistance. Would like to make a special mention of the oriental lady in the breakfast area. She was super upbeat and went out of her way to ask her friends for Indonesian restaurant recommendations and sent us a note to our room of what she found. Thats service extra ordinary. Apologies for not remembering her name, it may have been Pansy.

Chaza Rating: 2 2022-09-13 Pleasant Very convenient if you are traveling with family or a baby. In our case we were traveling with our 11 month old and the hotel has an entrance to the mall that has a large number of stores and most importantly a grocery store that opens until 10pm. The hotel is not at a walking distance from the city center but there is a Metro not too far and also Uber is a good choice. The room included a kitchen which is extremely important when you travel with babies, and the hotel has a 24/7 washer and dryer that we used (4 euros for each). We also requested a crib and it was placed in our room upon arrival.

The location in connection with a shopping center was convenient, a grocery store was very near. There were good connections to the city centre and to the airport from the nearest metro station.

Hussain Rating: 4 2022-08-02 Nice Modern Hotel with Wonderful Reception Staff The Hotel is connected directly to a medium mall (one floor) which has many cloths brands and restaurants (most of them from outside the mall at the street) and coffee shops and it has a very big supermarket and you can find also a Japanese & Korean supermarket. The reception staff are fantastic as they are very polite and very supportive and I thank all of them especially Awais and Lisa and Mikael. This hotel is providing a common cloths Washer & Dryer machines is located at floor 2 near the Gym and you have to have Coins (5 Euro for each wash or dryer). There is private parking under the mall you costing 50 Euro a day but you can get it 60% discount (i.e. 20 Euro a day) through Hotel Reception. You can extend your check-out hours for 10 Euro per hour.

Frank Rating: 3 2022-07-31 Very nice hotel - we enjoyed our stay The whole staff was exceptionell friendly. The room is big and clean, included air condition. The bed was comfortable and it was quiet in the night. The hotel is located in a shopping mall, which we felt very convenient. We could travel to Amsterdam city via bus/metro. Bus stop is located in front of the mall. All in all we enjoyed our stay and can definetely recommend this hotel.

The crew of the hotel was lovely! I was sad that I had to leave earlier because of work but for next trip to Amsterdam we will book again.

I unfortunately had bad seasonal allergies in Amsterdam, but staying at this unit made up for it. Incredibly comfy beds, great food, great service, staff were so nice. My partner and I had an excellent stay. I think some would think the hotel is far from the city, but I think it is still worth booking. The transit in Amsterdam is really easy, and for the cost, I rather do a bit of commuting and end the day in a comfortable bed and a clean hotel.
