The staff is very accommodating, the breakfast was delicious and the drinks are the bar were perfectly made. I had an amazing stay here and if I find myself in Lugano again I will be sure to stay here.

Sam Rating: 2 2022-05-08 Hotel didnt meet our expectations in terms of facilities as advertised Located on the edge of town the hotel is fairly well located, within a short walking distance to the restaurants and shops. Check-in was simple, although we were asked to pay in full upfront which I thought was a little unusual. The views from the room are stunning, and we had a nice balcony. The room and hotel were clean, and the staff were generally friendly. Breakfast each day was great, and both of the meals we had at different restaurants in the hotel were good. The hotel acknowledged my wifes birthday, and gave some chocolates and a free drink at the bar, which was a nice touch.
