The location was good. Gardens and ponds were lovely to walk around. The beach was nice. Late checkout was great, use of club bay showers were great after checking out as we had a late flight so stayed by the pool.

The pool area was our favourite part of the hotel, the slides were so fun for adults and kids. Our room was beautiful overlooking a pond with lily pads and ducks and the ocean in the background. The staff were so friendly and hospitable. The kids club had bunnies which the kids loved. The koi ponds were also a big hit with the kids, as well as the hot and cold plunge pools.

The people/staff of Grand Hyatt was something we will remember forever especially Urip and team at Grand Club lounge. Interior of the resort was lush green and had a beautiful architecture. All the facilities - Kids Club, Swimming pools, Buffet Breakfast were really good. My mother specially liked the coffee at the Grand Club Lounge. My son had a great time at the Kids Club, Swimming pool and at the beach. Cultural/Dance performance and art market at Pasaar Sangol was a good experience.

The landscape is beautiful and lots of lovely flowers and trees. The room is spacious and comfortably fits 3 with a day bed. The Italian and Japanese restaurants offer delicious food.
