They upgraded our room for our anniversary and gifted us a bottle of cava. There was lots of interesting art to see as well.

Really friendly people who took great care of us. We just got married a few days previous and the hotel had a complimentary bottle of rose wine sent up to our room as well as balloons etc My wife really appreciated the effort. 5 star Hotel that certainly deserves all 5 stars.

Scrambled eggs were made with recycled boiled eggs, chopped up. The cook refused to make me fresh scrambled eggs (even though she had the beaten eggs ready for omelette).

The place was great - there is a lot of options for fitness with an entire fitness center on site that is used also by the residents in the area. We went in late April so only one outdoor pool was open. There is a hotel shuttle that helps you get around because the streets are all at a steep incline! Beds were comfortable, food was good, breakfast was fantastic. Staff friendly for the most part.
