Location was excellent in relation to the shopping street, the staff was friendly and helpful. We got Christmas stockings for the festive season. The swimming pool was wonderful and the bath was luxurious. Amazing spacious room.

We were fortunate to especially enjoy Christmas dinner buffet and it exceeded any western buffet experiences we have enjoyed in Beijing. Gorgeous little stocking was left outside our door filled with delightful little Christmas treats.

Nice breakfast although when they say it serves until 10.30 it means if you are not there by 10.15 you wont get fed as they clear everything away so that theres no food left at 10.25! Location is good but hotel is down a side street so a little hard to find and there is not much of a view from the bedrooms. Friendly helpful service and nice hotel overall.
