My flight was delayed and I needed to wait longer which wasnt ideal however on that evening (the 9th of October) a really nice man (very tall, of a slim built and dark skin colour - I feel bad not remembering his name!) was absolutely fantastic to me and I will not forget his kindness, smiles and that perfect coffee latte he was making for me few times as I was waiting for my flight. Sometimes we dont pay much attention to people who are not the first point of contact but I do, and feel he made me remember your hotel very well! I would like to thank him for everything and say that I will definitely come back not only because the hotel is beautiful and well maintained, but also because he made my short stay better! Thank you!!!

Quick check in very clean lovely bathroom with bath and separate shower cubicle breakfast was also included so overall good value for money as in prime location Would definitely stay again

Helen Rating: 3 2022-10-31 Large, busy conference-geared hotel with good facilities. Hotel breakfast was substantial - make sure you leave time to enjoy it. The pool was great, the staff helpful, and we had a quiet, end of corridor room. The room was well equipped with nice fluffy towels and comfy beds. Quiet location outside and good blackout curtains meant we slept till late and the noon checkout meant we could have swim before we left which was fab. It was a lovely, well-lit 10-min walk through the forested area around the lake to Resorts World where we went for dinner. Parking was expensive but super-convenient.
