Mr. moustafa at the front desk made our check in so much easier and smoother. the location is the best thing, the area is close to everywhere and it’s a quiet nice place beside it’s very safe. adding to that the beautiful nile view with the big terrace from the room I LOVE IT!

Mustafa at reception, Rami at the mezzanine lounge and housekeeping staff were excellent. Accidently left our safe open with passports one day- everything was transferred to receptions safe, and kept there until we picked it up. So many thanks to housekeeping and reception!

Also, Zamalek is a nice area for tourists and it’s easy to walk around the neighborhood. The view from the hotel was great, you can see the Nile and the city lights at night! But most importantly, their staff was top notch, so kind, attentive, and ready to solve any of your problems.
