very welcoming, clean and modern with great food and entertainment for everyone! will definitely return! everything you need is there, best hotel I’ve ever stayed at! only thing I would maybe try next time is to stay in one of the apartments opposite ares where they have the sunshine on there balcony and terraces most of the day ,other then that it was perfect ?? |

Perfect resort! This hotel is absolutely amazing! The staff was very friendly and they had at any time our best interests in mind. The Lake houses were insanely beautiful and the service was always excellent! Also the facilities were incredible. Whatever you liked, you could have it. The food was also delicious. To sum it up, the whole experience in Hilton Dalaman was breathtaking. We are so happy and we recommend this resort to anyone and anytime! |

Amaaaaaaaaazing It is the first time in my life that I go to a place where the reality is better than the pictures you see online. This hotel is simply amazing, everything is perfect: the rooms, the food, the views, the entertainment and most importantly the staff! They are so attentive and caring, they always wear their best smile. My husband and I loved everything about this hotel and we would specifically like to thank Huseyin and Ersin from the main buffet, they took care of us since day one. I recommend this place to everyone! |

could be better We stayed 9 nights at Hilton Dalaman. The area is fantastic. Spend one day in Dalian, wonderful place. Rent a boat. You will not regret. Just great! The Hilton Dalaman looks à bit oldish. You have to like walking too, the hotel is huge. Buggies are available on request and it works ok. The lake house villas, we had one, are very comfy and well equipped. Service in the hotel in general is unfortunately mediocre. Room cleaning is very superficial. Basically, the site of the hotel is great, landscaping is very beautiful. The beach is nice, but be ready for a rather cold sea. We had a good time, but service is lagging behind. Probably, minimum paid employees, hired for the season, not enough permanent supervision staff. Service is as superficial as the cleaning. English is rudimentary. Sometimes problems having yourself understood. The hotel is small economies driven, not client satisfaction driven. It is the first time we tried « all inclusive ». Not our style definitely. Buffet is good, but not varied enough for 9 days. The management should try themed days. If you have friends coming visit you - forget! Ever you have to buy a day pass 110 euros, or you are entitled to 20 minutes in the lobby, with staff chronometering. Very disappointing !!! Very Unfriendly! We were ashamed in front of our guests. The hotel is good for kids. Swimming pools are great. However, if you like some more sophisticated rest and better service - probably not your place. Thank you to the hotel buffet service for their smiles. |

Excellent Amazing resort placed over huge area of natural beauty with river, seaside and hills around. Exceptionally well kept grounds and facilities, despite being pretty full it never felt crowded. Probably best place Ive ever been in my infant (and weve travelled a lot with her), with regards to accommodating youngest customers - plenty of babychairs in all restaurants and bars, baby food available, wet towels, selection of baby friendly pool areas, including shaded pool for youngest, kids club with very diverse offer depending on age. Apart from that, plenty of things to do for adults. |
