She was very nice and courteous to me upon check in. I had reserved a suite but didnt know the layout of the rooms and the suites are located in the inner part of the building, I returned to the front desk and Anna as nice as she was changed my room to a room with a view of the Sandias like no problem. the bedding was comfortable and the room was clean, and also enjoyed the swimming pool in which I had all to myself. I was satisfied with the stay. Might return in the near future for another pleasant stay.
