Jason Rating: 1 2022-10-28 Would not recommend Room bed was basically comfortable. Shower was either hot hot or cold cold cold, no temperature variation was possible. When showering at 5am to catch an early flight, calling maintenance was not an option
Anonymous Rating: 3 2022-10-20 we will stay there the next time we have a flight out of rome. location location location. with 2 suitcases and 2 backpacks less than a 10 minute walk to checkin at Leonardo da Vinci airport. and the walk was covered. the staff is beyond exceptional!!!

Restaurant food was very good and breakfast had a good selection on offer. Hotel was very clean and the hotel staff were very professional and extremely helpful. I will be staying here again. Excellent front desk staff- particularly Ioana (& another young woman who’s name I THINK began with a “C” - she was working until 6:30 pm on Feb. 27). Ioana communicated well with me by email when my husband had left some clothing in the room on our overnight stay there on Jan. 7. Clothing was then sent by courier to where we were staying in Tuscany- a good ending to the story! The other woman (long, dark hair) was working behind the desk on Feb.27, and remembered the incident. I believe she was also working the front desk the morning of January 8th when we departed. Whole staff great, but these 2 women were exceptional.
