Small Rooms, Filthy carpets and and over and above non co-oprating staff.... We have taken 2 rooms and travel with Wife and 3 children..... After waiting for 2 hours we finally got the room. No bell boy to take your luggage... Some how we manage to take our luggage along with Kids. Seeing the room we were shocked, Small rooms, dirty carpets and even they dont have gesture to offer water bottle in the room... Any ways we ask our self to Manage.... Next day we went to Titlis and Zurich city and came back at 10 oclock in the night.... We were shocked to see that rooms were not clean and it was in same condition as we left in the morning.... Even after repeated request no body bother to clean the room... I will suggest all of you not go by the name of HILTON which i did...... use local guest house rather this kind of property... Atleast you will save some money.

The hotel is easily accessible by car, parking spaces are available, the room was comfortable and sufficiently big to be at ease. Also, the hotel has a bar where you can get warm food late in the evening (the restaurant seems to be closed completely).
