Charlene Rating: 4 2020-02-20 Awesome stay at the Hilton Osaka. The Hilton was like a beacon of light when we couldn’t find our Airbnb. We made a last minute booking and don’t regret it. Location was right above the subway station which also linked to Osaka station. The room was large and comfortable. The staff was always attentive and friendly making you feel like a million bucks. Also airport bus picks you up right outside your door. I would stay here again and again.
Paul Rating: 3 2020-02-20 We have had a pleasant and enjoyable stay at Hilton Osaka Hilton Osaka is centrally located next to Osaka Station which covers JR lines and many subway lines, making it very easy to move around to tourist attractions. Room is good size for 30 sq.m. Travelling as a family of 3, with 8 pieces of luggage, we would be hard pressed to manage ourselves. Staff was extremely helpful, volunteered to help carry our luggage from Hilton to Osaka Station.

He is a young man working on 29/1 and when I check out at 0630, he is very helpful to arrange all my luggages to a taxi. He is helping with heart and I can feel his enthusiasm in customer service.

We are so glad we chose the Hilton as the room was lovely and also huge. We had a fantastic view from the 28th floor. Lots of plug sockets which was really handy and there were plenty of amenities such as nice toiletries, as well as slippers which could also be taken home. The location of the hotel is fantastic as you can take an elevator right down to the main station without even having to go outside! All staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful - we had a perfect stay.

Took full advantage of our window seat. Excellent buffet breakfast and husband was delighted with the gym facilities. Could not recommend more highly. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

We stayed in the executive suit and the room was HUGE, compared to other 1 bed room and even most 2 bed room suits I have been to. The view was overlooking Osakas skyline and was amazing.
