The architecture & interior design of the Villa is beautiful-Arabic style & a 3-bedroom villa can even accommodate 8 people. The facilities are on par 7- Star hotel ranking. The Staff are amazing-friendly, courteous, accommodating and very quick in responding to guests requests, especially our Villa Host-Haddade who was in contact couple of days even before our check-in. Villa was cleaned properly hygienically thanks to Sunil, Rowelyn & Tyo. The resort is big and even in the heat if the sun, transportation is not a problem either via motored scooter or golf carts on requests. The Breakfast included amenities has a variety to choose from which caters to children & adults even vegetarians. whether it’s the beach, your villa swimming pool & the additional Desert Falls Waterpark admission amenities, there are plenty of activities to do. It’s a value for your money, highly recommending & definitely will be coming back.

All my questions were answered accurately, because it was our first time in this resort, so i made a lot of questions regarding the pool area, restaurants and desert falls timings I also like our room, with balcony and superb view. I can say we had a relaxing time. The room includes mini ref, tv, kettle, cofee maker, dryer, and clothe iron, safety box. We had our bfast and dinner at souk kitchen, server, Kintu and Arminda was also very attentive and professional on serving us. The food was also delicious and alot of variety to chose from. All the staff were always smiling, and greeted you, even the cleaners and the service room staff. The vallet parking staffs were also helpful. The pool area and beach area views were good.
