Quiet & peaceful home in the snow The property is located in a quiet & peaceful area 10 mins away from the busy Hirafu Center. Free shuttle bus connect the 2 areas. Ski in & out plus onsen facility. You can load up your fridge with their food truck service every Wed & Sat and they provide grocery delivery service as well. Very thoughtful ? |

Excellent retreat! It is a quiet space but totally accessible to Greenleaf spa and convenient store if you need anything. Shuttle service to bring you everywhere so you won’t go hungry and excellent staff to help you with directions a, restaurant or spa bookings. |

Amazing 5 stars hotel . We had our 4 days 3 nights stay at 2 bedrooms suite . In general , very helpful and friendly staffs , very comfortable room and we enjoyed our stay very much Ski-in and ski- out hotel with shuttle bus provided . |

Pleasant Facility and location are both good but service really needs a lot of improvement. I booked bus service from hotel from the day I checked in and I did I check with hotel staff for servers times. But in the end, the bus didn’t appear and apparently, they forgot the booing... |

We would like to stay here again! We had a comfortable stay overall. We got to stay in the new property. We normally stay at Hilton Niseko Village, but wanted to try this place out since we were traveling with another family. It had the newest appliances and we had a comfortable stay. Onsen onsite, doorstep skiing and also friendly staff. |
