Location very good ,except for small parking lot for hotel guests, even though it seemed the # of guests was on the low side. We were lucky enough to park on the street in front of the hotel and only had to feed the meters during a small portion of our stay. I think the ease of finding street parking came about because of being there during the pandemic. During a more typical stay parking downtown would definitely have been more difficult.

The facilities were amazing, with a great restaurant and bar area and to say the food was great would be an understatement! The food was amazing! The rooms are large and very comfortable. The staff went out of their way to make us comfortable and feel appreciated and welcome.

Mary Rating: 3 2020-08-14 Comfy rooms and central location The whole experience was very smooth - the staff was very friendly and helpful! We stayed here on our honeymoon for two nights. The location is very central and easy to get to other areas of town. Several restaurants, bars and breweries within walking distance. The train station is also an easy walk. This hotel is right off Route 66, and has a great history. The bed was super comfy and the rooms were large.

The room was impeccable with the additions of warm heavy bathrobes, down pillows, ambiance lighting and a king size bed of high quality sheets. The staff went beyond smiles, asking if we needed anything and a push to set a stage for complete comfort. We enjoyed the patio outside for drinks and appetizers that were creative and tasty. All of our encounters with staff were extremely friendly. I’m hoping to return again. Side note: this was a “staycation” and I’m thrilled we have this quality in Albuquerque.
