Room was big, bathroom, balcony great. Highly recommended. Staff very polite, friendly and helpful. Grounds are amazing, pools are so relaxing. Will definitely come back to this hotel and Sanur so relaxing not crazy.

Also , I had to ask 4 times for an extra duvet . this is a first class hotel . annoying to have to chase it .

We also celebrated my son and my mom’s b’day there and had a really nicesuprise from the Hyatt Regency, thank you very much for that ?
