Breakfast is great, many options on the buffet, all delicious. The hotel staff go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. Room service was also great and the kitchen, for a room service, surpassed themselves with delicious dishes.

They also stored my luggage for free for over two weeks, which was very kind and helpful. the only redeeming feature in term of facilities is that they have beach beds on copacabana, very comfortable as they are completely flat and the lovely attendant would guard your property allowing a single traveler to go and swim.

Rooftop bar area was very nice (also where the pool is). The location right by the beach is also a big plus. Staff were super friendly helpful and competent, even more so than some other higher rated hotels in the city.
