Adrian Rating: 3 2022-08-26 An excellent venue for an overnight stay in Sion. The hotel was relatively cheap for Switzerland and our rate included breakfast. The check-in process was smooth. Staff were friendly and helpful and spoke several languages including English. Our room was clean, quiet and comfortable and the shower was good too. Diabled access was excellent with lifts to all floors. Separate guest laundry/ironing facilities were also present on our level too. A welcome drink was provided on arrival - we both opted to have a small beer, which was nice. Breakfast food selection was excellent and the coffee was good. Breakfast started from 6.30am and was busy by 7am when we went down but plenty of food was available and there was sufficient seating that there was no issue finding a table. On leaving, the receptionist was able to arrange a taxi to the railway station which arrived within minutes.

The personnel is very friendly and the location is perfect for the purpose of our stay. Rooms are cleaned daily, cleaning personnel discrete and efficiënt (they also deserve a good feedback) and size of the room is enough for us.
