When we went to the room it was not cleaned up from prior residents. I went to Michael and he moved us to a room that was not as nice but did not offer us anything for the inconvenience and not having a suite. Due to the hassle of walking back and forth to lobby we decided not to push it but I thought I would have received something in credit or bonus of some sort. My hope is that you will still research this and honor this as I always love vacationing at your sites.

We sat on the balcony and watched the sunset while listening to the music that was playing from down below. The pool was open which was great to lounge peacefully.
