The Front desk is also very helpful when it comes to reservations, recommendations, and any kind of support. There is also a great roof top bar and a very nice restaurant in the same building. I highly recommend this hotel!

The main focal point for us was Gramercy Theater. The hotel was a nice, short walk from there. We will probably attend more shows at this venue in the future, and I would plan on staying at this hotel again for such occasions.

The staff here are really a huge part of the experience, as they go out of their way to be helpful, and are just so lovely and warm. The location is also great – a short walk (maybe 7-8 minutes) to Madison Square Park/The Flat Iron Building, Eataly, The Lego Store, Harry Potter store, and great shopping close by.
