They were excellent rooms, very nice, clean, quiet and connected. This hotel has the friendliest staff I have seen so far. People are very professional and polite , always smiling and asking if we need anything extra. The location was amazing in the centre of Zurich , close to everything whether on foot or by tram. The room service was great and so was the food and service in both the restaurant and the lobby cafe.

Sanjin is really a gentleman and one of the best concierge that we have come across. We wish him very well as the Onyx and restaurant staff for their great service. W e will certainly recommend this hotel to our friends.
