Upon check-in you are required to provide a credit card which will be used to take a pre-authorisation for your stay. If your room is pre-paid you will be required to provide AUD$50 per night for incidentals. Never stayed there before , the rooms where so clean, inviting , the bed was amazing , you could smell the cleannesses of the hotel when you walked down to your room. Could hear any noise from other rooms. Wine on arrival was a lovely touch, the parking staff absolutely lovely to deal with and a free bottle of water upon leaving and the breakfast Buffett OMG it was so good, the fruit was so fresh & mouthwatering thank you so much 11/10 we will be back :-)

The concierge, Darren, was very welcoming and helpful. His hospitality was exceptional and he needs to be congratulated. All staff were very good and my stay was very pleasant - thank you for the obvious training that has taken place because it does make all the difference if staff are happy and genuinely enjoy their work.
