Karla Rating: 3 2020-04-13 Location and service was great despite the early mishaps; we still enjoyed our stay Despite the confusion during our first night, they have prepared a nice setup for me for my birthday with cake and balloons and I really appreciate that gesture. The location was also really nice because it is near train station and you can walk 10 minutes towards the Petronas towers. Our room also have a great view of the KL Tower and it is so beautiful to see at night. The room is also very clean and well maintained and it is easy to call and reach room service staff :)

It’s silent, amazing staff, super amazing breakfast at the room rate they’re offering and most conveniently a feel good effect. The bathroom is amazing. The hot water was perfect. I simply had a lovely time since I’d come for a leisure holiday away from work and some mad shopping.

Club staff also extended our checkout as our flights were late a night. That was very much appreciated. Rooms were large & pool - all though cool was beautiful. Close to the monorail and LRT.
