Wanda Rating: 0 2022-01-06 Very Poor the food was not what I expected that was flies all over the buffet it didnt have a good taste at all Im Puerto Rican and Im always looking for that Spanish taste and it wasnt there the activities were all done early at 11:00 there was nothing else to do but go to sleep pull clothes at 6:00 and you wanted to stay a little longer and you couldnt the water park close at 5:00 I didnt even get a chance to go to the water park and I was there for 10 days wouldnt recommend it at all and would never go back again

Carolin Rating: 0 2021-12-22 Very Poor Charged me extra after it said it was a doble bed for 4 people. The bathroom in the room smell, the food was bad and the selection poor. Even at one of the restaurant the food was bad. In the game room for kids you has to pay to used the games, the bar was poor. Dont book this hotel it was a horrible experience, I have stay in hotels before way better than this one and pay the same.

Mexican restaurant was the only decent food, and the customer service from the staff was very friendly. The water park was fun, my son liked it.
