The staff was awesome,friendly and eager to help. Plenty of staff so we never had to wait for something we needed. The rooms were updated and very clean. The food options were plentiful, all restaurants were open. The quality of the food was amazing. Entertainment was amazing!

Aaron Rating: 3 2022-03-16 Relaxing trip from reality. Overall, the property was well kept and had clean rooms. Our favorite server was Alejandro, who works in the lazy river area. He really made our stay so much more enjoyable. He put in the extra effort with drink recommendations and always ensured our glasses were full and that we were having a great time. Emmanuel, our butler, was able to help us with reservations and was always available for anything we needed. Olio was the best breakfast spot for made-to-order breakfast, and the Barefoot Grill was the best lunch spot serving up freshly made tacos. Overall, we would happily stay here again, and that has to do with how fantastic the staff was, especially the team on the lazy river. Make sure to bring plenty of $1s & $5s so you can tip the staff.

The staff was amazing and helpful in any circumstances. Tony was my butler, he was amazing and always making sure we had everything we needed! The buffet food was decent but the Hibachi place was A1! I went with some friends, it is a more of a couple type resort but it didn’t bother us one bit, we had a blast overall on the resort.

There are many different pools so you can hang out or swim laps. There is also an exclusive Club Member area where you pay extra but its worth it. I would take a room facing the pools because you get more sun with those rooms.

We loved the pools and the beach and found the food very good. We were especially pleased with the staff except for one not so good experience when checking in. We kept running into restaurant employee Milciades Rosario and he took very good care of us and truly enhanced out trip with his enthusiasm, terrific smile - what an asset to the hotel! We felt the hotel did a great job addressing the pandemic concerns. We were constantly aware of their efforts to keep everything clean and safe.
