Located right by the Park of the Chateau de Versailles, the Waldorf Astoria Versailles - Trianon Palace spreads over 8 acres of greenery and includes a five-star and a four-star hotel. There are two restaurants and a bar, and guests have free access to the Spa Guerlain facilities : swimming pool and fitness room. The hotel is situated just 30 minutes from Paris.

The Waldorf Astoria Trianon Palace Versailles offers rooms and suites in the historic Palace building or the modern designed Pavilion. Guest rooms have a fireplace and balcony as well as a flat-screen TV with satellite channels. A minibar and tea and coffee facilities are provided in each room and suite.

The Michelin-starred Gordon Ramsay au Trianon Restaurant offers a fine dining experience and an elegant cocktail bar. The hotel’s brasserie, La Véranda , is open all day and offers a view of Versailles. A breakfast is also served in La Véranda Restaurant or in your room, with an additional cost.

The award-winning Guerlain Spa features an extensive list of beauty and body treatments available at an extra cost, a heated indoor swimming pool, hammam and sauna. Le Golf National is a 20 minutes'' drive from the hotel while Montbauron Stadium is 2.3 km away.

The 5 stars Trianon Palace, a historic neoclassical-style building, offers 85 rooms and 15 suites. It is a real showcase for your next stay in Versailles, with rooms overlooking the gardens or the Royal Estate and attentive service. The Pavillon du Trianon, with its more contemporary architecture, offers 4-star services. Its 99 rooms allow you to enjoy a calm and comfortable setting.

Children under the age of 18 have access to the swimming pool from 07:00 to 19:00.

The swimming pool is on free access from Monday to Friday and accessible by reservation for a 60-minutes slot per night stayed (upon availability) from Saturday to Sunday.

Freshly brewed coffee and tea, the chef making eggs in any way youd like, a great selection of cheeses, cold cuts, fruits and all other products one could think of. Make sure to try the butter fried mushrooms and smoked bacon.

The room was spacious, the bed and linens divine, a beautiful pastoral view, the bathroom was immense. The pool is immense but a bit chilly for my taste. Breakfast was wonderful, a buffet with omelet bar, a good array of salads, plus the croissants, fruit, bacon, sauna sage, scrambled eggs.

The bedroom was big but it was confused in style, the bed comfortable, bathroom was a good size and all worked well. The hotel is the in the best position for visiting the Palace of Versailles which was the point of our journey. The staff were generally very friendly.
