This is a stunning hotel, as soon as you walk in through the sliding entrance doors you are met with the most divine smell and the general décor throughout is ultra modern and sleek. There really is very little to dislike about this Hotel.

Small bar by the pool a nice bonus! Clean hotel with a helpful staff. Rooms were decent size and the beds comfy. The water machine in the hallway and the refill bottle in the room were excellent - no need to carry water from a shop. Breakfast was good with gluten free options as well. The hotel is located in the business area, but only few metro stops away from the main street Gran Vía. The closest station to the hotel is Santiago Bernabeu, but also Nuevos Ministerios is close by. Great hotel, would come again!

We stayed at the hotel for two days and two nights while attending the Mad cool festival. The prices were skyrocketing because of that I suppose. The hotel is very comfortable and we had a great stay. However we were disappointed to find out that their terrace pool shuts down at 8pm. That’s way too earlu for a summer evening..: also the hotel is like 15 mins from city centre however we were okay with that… the bar at the hotel is nice and overall we liked our stay here. Also it’s very close to Santiago Bernabéu and a lot of shopping and eating places are next door.
