Lara Rating: 3 2022-07-14 Very stylish and comfy rooms Very stylish with quiet rooms and very comfy beds. Loved the tiles in the bathroom and how there was a water fountain in each floor and a glass bottle in the room to get it. Also, the pool at the rooftop was great.

Made to feel very welcome, this is always the most important thing for me as it makes the world of difference to your stay. Building is a bit brutal looking on the outside but inside it is very modern and stylish. Room was excellent, decent size, big comfy bed and nice shower (king room with city view on the 8th floor). The rooftop pool with cabanas and also the terrace bar were superb. Enjoyed the breakfast, decent selection. I would highly recommend this hotel and will hopefully stay there again the next time Im in Madrid.

Really liked the natural shampoos and soaps in the bathroom. Drinks in the bar downstairs were great and so was service. Overall really enjoyed our stay here.

Carolina Rating: 4 2022-05-30 High value! I stayed here with my mom. Everything was really comfortable, the staff always happy to help and very friendly, literally at your service at any moment. Spotless room, big double bed, clean sheets and towels, nice toiletries; a little candy treat welcomed us the first day and it was great to find a Nespresso and a kettle for coffee and tea at no extra cost. We didn’t include the breakfast so I can’t rate that part, but the last day we had a meal in the middle of the afternoon, the cheescake was fantastic! We went to take a look at the pool area and it looked really nice, small pool to refresh from the hot days and a bar right next to it, nice music and many spots to lay down. The location next to the Bernabéu was really handy because there are many bus lines and a metro station just 5 mins away from the hotel. the public transport was super good quality and it took a 20 min ride to the city center by bus or even less by metro. Real Madrid won the Champions League when we were staying there and despite being so close to the stadium where people gathered to watch the game, we couldn’t hear anything from our room when the celebrations started, very well isolated. Also very quick and silent A/C! Given the prices in Madrid at that time (end of May) I found the Hilton to be of really good value. I’d definitely stay here again and would highly recommend!
